The Client Studio Ltd ("The Client Studio", "we", "our" or "us") provides remote and on-site business support services to businesses and individuals.

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

Services include, but are not limited to:

• Virtual assistant support
• Business administration
• Event and project coordination
• On-site client representation
• Supplier liaison
• Research
• Proposal preparation
• Creative administrative support

All services are tailored to each client's individual requirements.

All quotations are valid for 14 days, unless otherwise stated. Quotes may be revised if the project scope changes.

Invoices are payable within the payment period shown on the invoice. Late payment may result in work being paused until payment has been received. Deposits or staged payments may be required for larger projects.

Either party may cancel a project by providing reasonable notice. Payment remains due for work already completed. Cancellation charges may apply to on-site bookings cancelled at short notice.

Every effort will be made to meet agreed deadlines; however, all work is subject to existing client commitments and availability.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Supply requested materials promptly
• Respond to queries where reasonably possible
• Ensure they have permission to share any materials provided

Delays in receiving information may affect agreed timelines.

Clients retain ownership of any content they provide. The Client Studio Ltd retains ownership of its own templates, workflows, systems and working documents unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All client information is treated confidentially and will never be shared with third parties unless authorised by the client or required by law.

Whilst every effort is made to provide professional services, The Client Studio Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
